I've just enrolled and have never logged in
Check for your welcome email — it has the link to set your password, and it goes to the address you enrolled with. Access is set up within one business day, so it may not be ready yet if you enrolled today.
I've forgotten my password
Use forgot password on the Learning Portal, with the email you enrolled with. Resetting your website password won't change it.
The reset email hasn't arrived
Check junk and spam. If you've changed email addresses since enrolling, nothing will arrive — call us and we'll confirm which address your course sits under.
I'm logged in but can't see my course
Look under Courses → All Courses. Finished and expired courses move off the dashboard. If yours has expired, see course access above.
