Introducing Thriving Adventures — our latest initiative supporting emotional wellness through guided sessions, expert insights, and holistic tools for everyday life.

A new chapter is taking shape at Thriving Adventures.

While we continue to inspire young people through immersive, adventure-based learning, we’re also developing something special designed for the whole household.

Thriving Families will expand our mission beyond individual learners, offering parents and carers practical tools, supportive guidance and engaging resources to help families grow, connect and thrive together. This new arm of the Thriving ecosystem will bring a blend of learning, wellbeing, and everyday support into one accessible space — created to fit naturally into family life.

We’ll be sharing more throughout 2025 as the program takes shape, with the full launch planned for 2026.

For those who have already received the Thriving Education offer, your access remains fully valid. Your offer will continue through to the launch of Thriving Families and will carry across to the new platform once it becomes available — no changes needed on your part.

What Is Thriving Adventures?

Thriving Adventures is a new initiative from Health & Harmony Colleges, designed to support your mental and emotional wellbeing with care that goes deeper.

Whether you're navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking a steady space to grow, Thriving Adventures offers supportive tools, heartfelt conversation, and grounded strategies — all guided by our experienced host, Johanna Crichton, and guest speakers from diverse wellness fields.

This is not a course — it’s a guided experience in resilience, reflection, and emotional renewal.

How it Works

Thriving Adventures is designed to meet you where you are — whether you're looking for a spark of insight or deeper, lasting support.

Each fortnight, you’re invited to explore your emotional wellbeing through two connected offerings: our free 'Bouncing Forward' webinar and a more interactive group session the following week.

Attend one or both — it’s a flexible, accessible way to feel supported, guided, and connected.
