What Is Thriving Adventures?

Thriving Adventures is a new initiative from Health & Harmony Colleges, designed to support your mental and emotional wellbeing with care that goes deeper.

Whether you're navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking a steady space to grow, Thriving Adventures offers supportive tools, heartfelt conversation, and grounded strategies — all guided by our experienced host, Johanna Crichton, and guest speakers from diverse wellness fields.

This is not a course — it’s a guided experience in resilience, reflection, and emotional renewal.

Meet your host - Johanna Crichton

Johanna Crichton is the guiding presence behind Thriving Adventures, bringing a wealth of experience in counselling and holistic mental health. Her warm, grounded approach creates space for real conversations, reflection, and growth.

With a focus on emotional wellbeing and resilience, Johanna gently supports each participant to feel seen, heard, and empowered. She’s here to walk alongside you — offering insight, encouragement, and tools to help you thrive.

Each fortnight, you’re invited to explore your emotional wellbeing through two connected offerings: our free 'Bouncing Forward' webinar and a more interactive group session the following week.

Margaret Cermak is a qualified coach and experienced people and career development specialist with a background spanning human resources leadership, small business ownership, and property consulting. With a Bachelor of Business (HR and Management) and Coach U certification, she brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to helping individuals navigate career transitions and align their work with their values.

Having worked across both Australian and Singaporean markets, Margaret’s expertise includes career coaching, employee retention, and workforce alignment, as well as real estate advocacy as a licensed Buyers Agent. Her calm and practical guidance supports clients to build clarity, confidence, and momentum in their personal and professional journeys.

These sessions build on the themes of the previous week’s webinar, offering a space to reflect, share, and explore how the topic relates to your own experience — in a small, supportive group environment.

Johanna gently guides each session, encouraging open discussion and mutual respect. While sharing is welcome, you’re always free to simply listen and absorb.

Guided tools and activities

Each group session includes calming practices like journaling, mindfulness, and discussion prompts to help you shift from insight into integration.

Ongoing support through the Student Portal

Attendees who purchase a One-Time Pass receive 7 days of access to our online Student Portal — where they can revisit the session replay, download printable worksheets, explore guided mental wellness activities, and access additional curated resources.
