As a counsellor, group facilitator, and trainer, Rob has led countless individuals and groups through the process of recognising unhealthy patterns and building respectful, safer ways of connecting.

Deeply influenced by Eastern philosophy, sacred art, and her immersive experiences in countries such as India, Indonesia, and Japan, Nerina’s art invites stillness and reflection. Her creative path is both intuitive and intentional — shaped by years of guiding others through art as a form of transformation, especially within marginalised communities.

In our first Thriving Adventures Webinar, Resilience and Bouncing Forward, reframe how we move through life’s challenges, not by simply returning to how things were, but by adapting, evolving, and growing with greater clarity and self-awareness. It’s about recognising our capacity to thrive through uncertainty, and discovering the steady rhythms and reflective practices that help us stay grounded along the way.

Joining us in this conversation is Nicole Glisson, Head of Positive Psychology and Director of Academic Affairs at The School of Positive Psychology. With over a decade of experience in both educational and corporate wellbeing, Nicole brings a unique blend of science and soul to her work. She holds a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology, is a certified SPARK Resilience trainer, and integrates mindfulness and movement through her qualifications as a yoga and meditation teacher.

Through her lens, resilience becomes more than a buzzword, it becomes a lived experience, shaped by daily choices, compassionate awareness, and the ability to bounce forward into a life aligned with purpose and presence.
