Week 11
productivity joy: leading with impact and joy
This week’s Thriving Adventures theme, Productivity Joy: Leading with Impact and Joy, explores how sustainable success begins with alignment, between our values, intentions, and daily actions. Simi Rayat, a global business psychologist, executive coach, and author of 'Productivity Joy', brings a refreshing perspective to leadership and wellbeing. With a deep commitment to psychological safety and personal growth, Simi shares how we can redefine productivity, not as constant output, but as purposeful, joyful engagement with our work and life.
In this session, Simi introduces her transformative 5Qs formula, a reflective tool designed to help individuals and teams move from survival mode into intentional, values-driven action. Through practices rooted in emotional intelligence, gratitude, and mindful decision-making, she invites us to lead with clarity, presence, and heart.
With extensive experience supporting organisations, entrepreneurs, and changemakers around the world, Simi reminds us that true impact is created not through hustle, but through conscious alignment. This session is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the kind of productivity that nourishes rather than depletes, and to remember that joy is not a reward at the end of hard work, but a vital part of the process.

Through her frameworks and experience co-creating safe and brave spaces, Natasha shows how curiosity, collaboration, and critical reflection can lead to real cultural shifts and measurable impact.

Grief & Identity: Rediscovering Yourself After Loss
This week’s Thriving Adventures theme, Grief & Identity: Rediscovering Yourself After Loss, delves into how grief not only affects our emotions but can also transform our sense of self. This session explores how the loss of a loved one or a significant life change can shift the roles, beliefs, and relationships that once defined us, and how we can begin to gently rebuild a new sense of identity with compassion and resilience.
Joining us is Lauren Grbac, an educator and mentor who has worked extensively with adult learners navigating life’s challenges, including grief and transition. With a background spanning both the finance and education sectors, Lauren brings a steady and compassionate approach to her work, guiding others through some of their most difficult seasons. Her experience supporting learners facing grief, loss, and uncertainty allows her to offer both understanding and practical tools for navigating these deeply human experiences.
In this conversation, Lauren shares insights on allowing grief to unfold naturally, reflecting on how our identities can evolve, and embracing the opportunity to redefine our values and purpose. With warmth and grounded wisdom, she reminds us that healing doesn’t mean returning to who we were, but discovering who we are now, and that through patience, reflection, and self-compassion, it is possible to step forward with strength and clarity.

Grace in Grit: Cultivating Gratitude in Real Life
This week’s Thriving Adventures theme is an invitation to explore the power of gratitude as a grounding force, not just in easy or joyful moments, but in life’s complexity, change, and uncertainty. Through honest conversation and gentle practices, we explore how gratitude can help us reconnect with ourselves and move forward with clarity, calm, and intention.
Our guest is Althea, a spiritual teacher, intuitive healer, and minister, whose journey into gratitude began not from comfort, but through personal challenge. In this session, she shares how cultivating gratitude became a daily practice of resilience, surrender, and soul connection.
Drawing on her experience with spiritual healing, creative expression, and guiding others through emotional transformation, Althea offers a deeply heart-led conversation. She gently encourages us to honour our emotional truth while embracing life’s sacred impermanence, and to make space for the beauty that exists within the grit.
This week’s resources are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with presence, and find your footing through gratitude, even when life feels heavy or uncertain. The "No" Test for Safe and Healthier Relationships
Rob Andrew brings nearly 30 years of experience working in the field of domestic violence, supporting men and women to navigate the complexities of behaviour, accountability, and emotional growth in relationships. As a counsellor, group facilitator, and trainer, Rob has led countless individuals and groups through the process of recognising unhealthy patterns and building respectful, safer ways of connecting.
In his Thriving Adventures webinar, The “No” Test for Safe and Healthier Relationships, Rob introduced a powerful tool he developed to help individuals reflect on how they respond when a partner says “no.” More than a concept, The “No” Test is an entry point to deeper conversations around boundaries, control, and mutual respect — and how these small moments reveal the underlying dynamics of a relationship.
Rob’s work is grounded in compassion and honesty. He offers a practical, emotionally intelligent framework that invites us to look inward, take responsibility for our reactions, and create relationships that honour both autonomy and connection.

Week 4
unleashing your creativity
This week’s Thriving Adventures theme, Unleashing Your Creativity, is an invitation to reconnect with the quiet, expressive parts of yourself, the ones that speak through colour, texture, movement, and symbol. This session explores creativity not as performance or productivity, but as a mindful practice, a personal ritual, and a powerful tool for healing and inner clarity.
Joining us is Nerina Lascelles, a visual artist and art therapist whose work spans more than three decades. Deeply influenced by Eastern philosophy, sacred art, and her immersive experiences in countries such as India, Indonesia, and Japan, Nerina’s art invites stillness and reflection. Her creative path is both intuitive and intentional — shaped by years of guiding others through art as a form of transformation, especially within marginalised communities.
In this conversation, Nerina shares how creativity can be nurtured through presence, curiosity, and self-compassion, and how even the smallest acts of expression can help us move through resistance, connect with our inner world, and reawaken a sense of flow.

Finding Light Through Trauma
This week’s Thriving Adventures webinar, Finding Light Through Trauma, explores how we can move through life’s most difficult experiences with grace, honesty, and renewed meaning. Rather than focusing on returning to “normal,” this session invites us to gently uncover what can emerge when we allow ourselves to slow down, reflect, and grow through adversity.
Our guest, Albane Mahaut, brings a deeply personal perspective to this conversation. With a career in sales and marketing and a recent transition into early childhood education, Albane shares how her breast cancer diagnosis earlier this year reshaped her priorities, identity, and relationship with self-care and resilience.
Her story is one of emotional clarity, courage, and reconnection, a reminder that even in the most uncertain chapters of life, there is potential for stillness, self-discovery, and quiet strength. Through her lived experience, Albane offers a powerful reflection on letting go of perfection, embracing presence, and finding light exactly where we are.

Resilience & Bouncing Forward
In our first Thriving Adventures Webinar, Resilience and Bouncing Forward, reframe how we move through life’s challenges, not by simply returning to how things were, but by adapting, evolving, and growing with greater clarity and self-awareness.
