On course expiration and extensions

A note for students considering an extension request — please read in full before reaching out.

Every Health & Harmony course is sold with a generous, fixed study window — between 12 and 18 months of full access from your enrolment date. At just two hours of study per week, a 12-month course leaves more than a hundred hours of room to move. We've set our timeframes this way deliberately, with breaks, slow weeks, and the ordinary interruptions of life already built in.

Because of this, we are regrettably unable to grant complimentary extensions on course access, even where personal circumstances are genuinely difficult. This applies equally to every student, and we are not in a position to make individual exceptions — no matter how reasonable the reason.

Why we hold this line

We know this can be disappointing to hear, and we don't say it lightly. We hold the policy because:

If you need more time

There are four paid pathways available, depending on your situation. We recommend starting with the All-In Pass — it's the best value for most students and removes the question of expiry entirely.

Option two

Your course is still active

Purchase a paid extension before your access expires. This is the simplest path and avoids any disruption to your study. Two extension lengths are available:

Extension Price
3 months $275 Buy →
6 months $550 Buy →

Option three

Your course expired less than 12 months ago

A re-activation restores a fresh 12 months of full access to your course.

$425 for a fresh 12 months of access.

Option four

Your course expired more than 12 months ago

Re-activation is no longer available at this point, but you're welcome to re-enrol at half the current course price. Get in touch and we'll send you a discount code.

Please note: payment plans are not available on re-enrolments, and re-activation cannot be substituted in.

What we are unable to do

So there's no ambiguity, the following are not options we can offer:

  • Complimentary extensions on the grounds of medical, financial, family or work-related circumstances.
  • Re-activations or extensions on a "promise to pay" or deferred basis.
  • Individual exceptions based on personal circumstances or progress to date in the course.
  • Payment plans on any of the paid pathways — all extensions, re-activations and re-enrolments are upfront payments only.
  • Replies to extension-request emails that go beyond directing you back to this page — our team is not authorised to negotiate this policy.

We know that's a lot of "no" on one page, and we don't take it lightly. We'd rather be honest with you up front than have you wait on a reply that can't change the outcome.

Thank you for understanding. Choosing one of the paid pathways above also helps us keep course content current and supports the assessors whose time goes into grading your work.
