On course expiration and extensions
A note for students considering an extension request — please read in full before reaching out.
Every Health & Harmony course is sold with a generous, fixed study window — between 12 and 18 months of full access from your enrolment date. At just two hours of study per week, a 12-month course leaves more than a hundred hours of room to move. We've set our timeframes this way deliberately, with breaks, slow weeks, and the ordinary interruptions of life already built in.
Why we hold this line
We know this can be disappointing to hear, and we don't say it lightly. We hold the policy because:
- Our timeframes are already long enough to absorb slow study, breaks, and life's interruptions.
- Making case-by-case exceptions would be unfair to the many students who plan their study around the published window and meet it.
- Every course is offered with a fixed timeframe so things stay clear and consistent for everyone. If more time is needed, extending it is a separate paid step — the same for every student.
If you need more time
There are four paid pathways available, depending on your situation. We recommend starting with the All-In Pass — it's the best value for most students and removes the question of expiry entirely.
What we are unable to do
So there's no ambiguity, the following are not options we can offer:
- Complimentary extensions on the grounds of medical, financial, family or work-related circumstances.
- Re-activations or extensions on a "promise to pay" or deferred basis.
- Individual exceptions based on personal circumstances or progress to date in the course.
- Payment plans on any of the paid pathways — all extensions, re-activations and re-enrolments are upfront payments only.
- Replies to extension-request emails that go beyond directing you back to this page — our team is not authorised to negotiate this policy.
We know that's a lot of "no" on one page, and we don't take it lightly. We'd rather be honest with you up front than have you wait on a reply that can't change the outcome.
Thank you for understanding. Choosing one of the paid pathways above also helps us keep course content current and supports the assessors whose time goes into grading your work.
